As a VoIP phone, AbTalk Call - Worldwide Call requires you to connect to an internet network in order to make an international call. It also makes use of online credits to allow you to initiate a call, much like in apps such as ANY CALL.
How does it work?

Each location requires different credit amounts, and you can either opt to earn them through in-app activities or by making a purchase. All calls made through the app offer high voice quality, so you don’t have to worry about scratchy or gritty audio during your calls.
Users can freely call numbers in up to 230 different countries, allowing them to contact friends and family no matter where they are. These countries include the United States, the United Kingdom, India, Mexico, Canada, Germany, and the United Arab Emirates. The app also ensures that your conversations remain private and safe from spyware that may be tracking your connections.
This call app isn’t without its downsides, though. One of the most notable concerns that users have raised is the frequency of disconnection issues.
